Homeless Law provides legal help to people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in Victoria. Homeless Law particularly focusses on the following areas of law:

  • housing and tenancy laws (the laws that relate to the rights of a tenant and the rights of a landlord, for example evictions from housing, or family violence and tenancies)
  • infringements and fines
  • credit and debt problems
  • guardianship and administration orders
