Stage 2 Access

Justice Connect's new service helping trans and gender diverse youth

Please note: the finding in Re: Kelvin that trans and gender-diverse children no longer need a Court order to access stage 2 hormone treatment means that many families who required this service can now access treatment without the need for legal help. As a result, much of the information on these pages may be outdated. We are working on developing new material to reflect the new status quo.

If you feel you still require legal assistance for issues surrounding trans and gender-diverse children, please contact us on 1800 STAGE2.
