Not-for-profit Law has made a submission to Treasury’s ‘Re:think’ Tax Discussion Paper.

Not-for-profit Law has made a submission to Treasury's 'Re:think' Tax Discussion Paper, a national consultation examining all aspects of Australia's tax system, including the not-for-profit sector.

Our submission focusses on the undue complexity and duplication that exists in the tax framework for smaller charitable organisations, particulaly in relation to endorsement as a Deductable Gift Recipient and the accessibility of commonwealth, state and territory tax concessions.
